Terms and Conditions for Keno Watches

1. Introduction
Welcome to Keno Watches! By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before using our services or placing an order. These terms apply to all users of the site.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order with Keno Watches, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information for billing and shipping.
• Use a valid payment method authorized by you (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI)

3. Product Information and Pricing
We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However,:

• Product colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Keno Watches reserves the right to correct any errors in product details or pricing.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or fraudulent activity.
• If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued in 3 business days and will be credited to the original  payment mode within 7 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship orders across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and selected shipping method but usually it will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of shipping.
• Once dispatched, we will provide tracking details via email or SMS.
• Keno Watches is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranty and Repairs

• Our watches come with a 12-month limited replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Water damage, unless explicitly stated as water-resistant.
  • Damage due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
• For warranty claims, proof of purchase is required.

7. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in INR through our secure payment gateway.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• Keno Watches does not store payment details. For recurring payments, please refer to the payment provider’s terms.

8. Return and Refund Policy

8.1 Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged, and unused products in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Customized or engraved watches are non-returnable unless defective.

8.2 Return Process

• To initiate a return, email us at kenowatches@gmail.com with your order details.
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for shipping the product back.
• Returned items must pass quality checks. If the product does not meet the conditions, the return will be rejected.

8.3 Refunds

• Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability
Keno Watches is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control.
• Losses due to unauthorized use of your account.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Keno Watches website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Keno Watches. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
